In cooperation with local streets, a charity in Shanghai is supporting the youth in the community to start a business.

Shanghai Agape Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with Siping Road Street, launching the project “Pan-Tongji Agape Dreamer” on April 26. Both sides will join hands to mobilize charitable forces and guide more community units, college students, and entrepreneurs to innovate and establish businesses, as reported by Shanghai CC&TSPM.

Xu Yulan, chairman of the Shanghai Christian Three-Self Patriotic Movement Committee (TSPM), said that the Shanghai Agape Foundation, founded by Shanghai CC&TSPM, is willing to cooperate with all parts of society to promote social and economic development after the epidemic.

The foundation and Siping Road Street will link Tongji University and Shanghai Tongji Science and Technology Park to leverage the regional advantages of the core area of the “Pan-Tongji Knowledge Economy Zone.” They plan to promote high-quality employment through innovation and business establishment while providing systematic and professional services for startups.
