她的老家，是住在平凉市崆峒区崆峒镇寨子街农村里。今年的2月14日这天，因着新冠病毒疫情的到来，人们蜗居家里防疫抗疫。而在这一天晚上，她的父母、弟弟及自己12岁的儿子，全家人都因煤气中毒昏迷了过去（土炕中及取暖的煤炉子燃烧的煤碳，产生的一氧化碳，因房子门窗关的太严，致使全家人中毒昏迷）。
