Christian actress Monica Chan Fat-yung urged people to be vigilant and cheer up despite the recent resurgence of positive COVID-19 cases in Beijing.

Since last week, a cluster of 100 new cases has been confirmed in Beijing.

The Hong Kong celebrity posted on Sina Microblog, “Don’t slack off. Wash your hands often and wear facial masks! Cheer up, Beijing!”

Soon after the post a fan commented, “Wear masks and take precautions.”

Another said, “I have delayed my travel plans. Beijing will get through this.”
