2020年初，新冠开始时，张姊妹照常进货，发货。后来，快递停了，网上的单子客户不停地催发货，辱骂、指责、投诉。客户退货，取消订单。看着家中堆积如山的服装，开始吃不好饭，也开始冲儿子老公发脾气。晚上又开始整夜地睡不着，头疼！
虽然爱人小朱一直劝她：“算不了啥。这点钱咱赔得起！”姐妹也说：‘赶紧把网店关了吧。反正你也不差那点钱！“张姊妹内心越来越抑郁、封闭。
去年封控日久，网店被迫关闭，开始处理满屋剩余服装时，张姊妹常常悄悄抹着眼泪，站在阳台前，内心有冲动要打开窗子，却有另一个声音警告自己：“千万别干傻事，千万别！”
因为疫情，教会大多数日子是关闭的。张姊妹已经很久没有走进教堂，与信徒聚会了。
生意停后，又封控在家，不好买食物。因做的饭菜简单。儿子抱怨难吃，张姊妹瞬间火起，抓起盘子摔在地板上，摔门进了内室。
躺床上，无聊了很久。在屋里随便乱翻，不料，拉出来一个精美的亚麻面料缝制的祷告垫，一面还印着太7：7的经文。这是好久之前一位女信徒送给她的。
张姊妹跪在垫子上，祷告，“父啊！我知道自己病了，疫情笼罩，我心亦陷入抑郁和孤独当中。明明一切都还好，可是我的心却失落了。主啊！如果能行，求你帮帮我，让孩子重新燃起生活的希望和欢乐，让我知道生命的意义和价值！”
张又在家中搜寻数遍，找到了尘封的圣经，开始有系统地按顺序读圣经，也随时来到祷告垫上，跪下祈祷。
当张姊妹在内室中遇见了主，生命中的焦躁、抑郁和孤独渐渐烟消云散。
而自此，张姊妹与丈夫、儿子的关系也在日渐修复，张姊妹不再对丈夫吹毛求疵；也不再不住地严厉批评儿子，冲儿子吼叫，乃是以喜乐的微笑、包容和温柔待他们。
张姊妹也在网上参加了赞美的服侍，还有网上敬拜团契每周固定时间祷告、赞美。
“疫情三年，彻底改变了我追求世界的心。”张姊妹说，“今年，我可能会再找份工作。但在我生命中，只有一件，就是马利亚选择那上好的福分，其他都不会再令我抑郁、孤独了。”
