In the latest report released by China's armed forces, the People's Liberation Army (PLA), United States remain to be the top military threat in China.

The said report tells about the people's view in the recent poll conducted last year for top threat country facing China.

Most of the 3154 respondents believe that US is trying to stop China from having the equal power.

North Korea is posted as the second country as a military threat. Third threat is Japan.

The South China Sea issue is currently the top four threat listed that China is currently facing.
