A church in Guangdong Province held a Sunday morning prayer meeting for the floods caused by Typhoon Doksuri in the northern areas.

Nearly 200 people attended the special Sunday morning prayer on August 6 at Zion Church in Guangzhou, said the church.

Rev. Huang Zhengqi hosted the prayer meeting, and the praise team led the congregation in singing the hymn "You Sit on the Throne" and praying for the disaster-affected areas to quickly overcome the challenges and return to normal life. In the end, Rev. Yang Yongchun gave a blessing.
