Netflix's teen romantic comedy movie "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" has been making the internet crazy since its release on August 17, 2018 and lead stars Noah Centineo, especially the female lead, Lana Condor and other casts have been gaining positive attention.
"To All The Boys I've Loved Before" is directed by Susan Johnson which is based on the2014 novel of the same title by Jenny Han. The story revolves around an Asian-American teenage girl's story about how her quiet world turned upside down when her secret love letters somehow get mailed to each of her five crushes.
The movie had received positive comments and even ratings from Rotten Tomatoes. Critics also highlighted Lana Condor's performance as the female lead named Lara Jean Song Covey.
In one video from Netflix, Condor said she encouraged aspiring Asian-American to not write-off the idea that someday, they will soon star in another romantic comedy movie or series just like what had happened to her.
Meanwhile, the writer of the book, Jenny Han did not dismiss the idea that the movie will get a sequel. After all, she wrote three books for Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky's love story.
"There's so many things in the second book that I would love to see in a sequel. The whole reason why I wrote a second book was for the character of John Ambrose McClaren, who is a fan favorite, and he's a favorite of mine too. I would love to see that explored, and also there's a character called Stormy that I love to write. I would love to see that," Han said during one of her interviews.
