Christian singer Frank Shu joined hands with other singers and songwriters to create an anti-disaster song amid the coronavirus pandemic starting in 2020 and natural calamities in 2021.
Named "The Stream of Love", with its music video featuring disabled children performing sign language, the charity song aims to arouse people’s confidence and hope for tomorrow.
Interviewed about the creation, the artists said, “There is always the sun on clouds, although the sky is gloomy! The pandemic in 2020 and natural disasters in 2021 have caused irreparable pain and loss to many families, but we see our compatriots all over the country supporting the people affected by the virus and floods. Though in sorrow and regret, we feel the warmth of love!"
The producer of this song, whose Chinese name is Laomao, shared, "We think several times about the meaning of life in the disaster relief and the fight against the pandemic without gunpowder. Despite experiencing the ruthlessness of disasters, we find love in the world!"
Singing together, Wang Rong, a Chinese singer, together with Shu, stated, "We are filled with gratitude when we see such touching moments that people extend hands to help others whose houses were battered by ruthless flooding. Let us love others as ourselves in this unpredictable world, as the acts of goodness will come together like a stream of love to flow into each person’s heart!"

老猫作为此次公益抗灾歌曲的制作人讲道:“在没有硝烟的战疫和救灾中让我们无数次的感慨生命的意义!人们经历了灾难的无情,也体会到了人间有爱!”
