Originally built by the Southern Baptist Convention in 1937, Ji’nan Houzaimen Church in China’s eastern Shandong Province released a new MV on May 5, 2020.
To mark the new building that was completed in 2017, the music ministry of the church shot the hymn entitled "Walk into the Door of Sanctuary" in 2018.
Founded in 2013, Lingquan Music Ministry specializes in Christian worship and praise.
The song starts, “When we walk into the temple’s door, when the voice of the Lord awakens our hearts, we forget all troubles and weariness here, remaining the focus on the Lord and praise in our hearts. When we cuddle before the Father, when the Holy Spirit fills us, it is so warm to be bathed in the sunshine of the Lord’s love. Burst out singing and praise him. Let’s hold up our hards to praise, give glory and authority to God; Let’s praise aloud, praise his mighty acts; Let’s hold up our hards to praise because the Lord’s name is the most precious.”

Throughout the ages, Christians have laid a profound foundation for contemporary believers. The early church preserved and shared sacred texts, ensuring the Bible's survival and accessibility for future generations. Missionaries ventured into unchartered territories, spreading the faith and fostering intercultural exchanges. They used the technology and resources available to them at the time, from Roman roads to reach new communities, to the Gutenberg Press to produce Bibles. These efforts collectively allow us, as Christians today, to continue the mission of making disciples.
The platform in the film mirrors our world, with its hierarchical structure, stark resource distribution, and fierce competition. People are often quick to ignore others’ needs to secure their interests.
