"Eternal Love" or mostly known for "Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms" will get a movie version after its success as a television show. The movie will be led by Chinese actress Liu Yifei and actor Yang Yang.
The movie, just like the TV show was adapted from the famous online novel titled "Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Blossoms" which tells a story of a bitter-sweet romance between a dragon prince and a fox princess.
The TV show has been decided to be adapted into big screen as it topped ratings on different TV channels as well as streaming sites in China including v.qq.com and iqiyi.com. Moreover, fans have talked about the drama for over 10.3 billion on Chinese Weibo social media site.
The TV series featured actress Yang Mi and actor Mark Chao. On the movie, actress Liu Yifei and actor Yang Yang will be portraying their role.
"I know it's important to let audience members become fond of and recognize my character. Thus, I have been working hard to make my portrayal of Princess Bai Qian, known as the High Goddess of the White Fox clan, and the ordinary human Susu close to the original novels," Yifei reportedly said about her character.
