Ningde City Rolls out Youth Pastoral Worker Retreat

福建省宁德市霞浦县基督教会举办了80、90后牧者联谊会。

据宁德市基督教两会，5月4日，来自全县各堂会的25名青年牧者参与由霞浦县基督教“牧人之家”举办的以“思想的碰撞・观念的对决”为主题的联谊会。

霞浦县基督教两会主席、会长邓灵勇牧师在致辞中，阐述了青年教牧在教会未来中的重要作用，还提出了要培养青年牧者应具有的“四气”，即有朝气、立志气、养大气和接地气，以更有效地牧养信徒。

去年新按立的苏贞仁牧师则分享了如何建立青年团契和牧养青年。他提出了三个关键因素：一是有神圣的负担，二是堂会的支持，三有骨干的配搭。

胡俊峰教士则强调了牧者首先应管理好自己的家庭，再管理好神的教会，要平衡好教会服侍和家庭管理。

A retreat for millennial pastoral staff was conducted in Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province.

A total of 25 young pastors from diverse churches in the county participated in the event hosted by the "Shepherd's Home" on May 4, with the theme of "Collision of Ideas and Conceptual Conflicts," said Ningde Municipal CC&TSPM.

Rev. Deng Lingyong, chairman and president of Xiapu County CC&TSPM, elaborated on the important role of young pastors in the church, declaring that young pastors should possess vitality, aspiration, magnanimity, and a down-to-earth attitude to better nurture believers.

Rev. Su Zhenren, who was ordained last year, shared how to establish youth fellowships and pastor young people, proposing that young pastoral workers have the support of the church and the coordination of key personnel with a divine burden.

Pastor Hu Junfeng emphasized that pastors should first manage their own families well and then manage the church to lead a balanced life.
