A total of 51 church workers were ordained as pastors in a Fujian church.

The Fujian CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Chengguan Church in Jianyang District, Nanping City, on October 12.

The ordination ceremony was officiated by Rev. Yue Qinghua, chairman of Fujian TSPM, and presided over by Rev. Zhang Jiyou, vice president of Fujian CC, while the choir of Chengguan Church sang “To Be a Good Shepherd”. Quoting 2 Corinthians 12:2–10, Rev. Lin Delai, vice president and director general of Fujian CC, preached a sermon on the topic of “Powerful Ministry." He encouraged newly ordained clergymen to be full of the vision from heaven, always bear in mind that the Lord’s grace is sufficient, and boldly take up the mission of the age.

During the ordination ceremony, Rev. Yue Qinghua inquired about the vows of the staff workers who were going to be ordained. Then the ordained group laid hands on them and presented stoles and Bibles to them.
