A delegation from Guangdong CC&TSPM carried out visits and donations to churches and a kindergarten in southwest China's Yunnan Province.
From July 11 to 15, 2022, Guangdong CC&TSPM sent a delegation to Lushui City, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan, for investigation and study activities, the provincial CC&TSPM reported.
Accompanied by relevant local leaders in Lushui, the group visited the exhibition hall of Nujiang Poverty Reduction Exchange Center and investigated Lushui CC&TSPM and Baihualing Church in Shangjiang Town which is famous for its multi-voice chorus. They exchanged practical work experience in the direction of Christianity in the Chinese context, donating to support the relocation and reconstruction of churches in Lushui. After investigation, they held a donation ceremony to support Lushui Municipal Kindergarten to build science and technology museums.
During the activities, in addition to visiting the patriotism education base, the group also visited Yunnan CC&TSPM to learn about the translation work of the Bible in minority languages in Yunnan, paying a visit to the Bible Training Class of Dali CC&TSPM.
