In the second service of the fourth Sunday of every month, a church in Guangdong always holds an evangelistic meeting, inviting believers to bring their unbelieving relatives and friends to the church to hear the Gospel.
On May 29, 2022, Pinghu Church in Shenzhen invited Rev. Lin Enling, secretary general and director general of Guangdong CC&TSPM, to share a sermon on the theme of the Gospel of Peace.
"Are you guys safe and peaceful? What is your definition of peace?" During the sermon, Rev. Lin first asked the congregation to think about the theme of the Gospel of Peace. He focused on the greeting of David's servants to Nabal of the Caleb in 1 Sam 25:5-6 and Jesus' promise to his disciples in John 14:27. He explained what the Gospel of Peace was from three aspects, "the reconciliation between man and God makes the body and mind healthy", "family harmony and happiness" and "social harmony and prosperity".
Nabal was a descendant of Caleb, a family of faith, but the Bible tells us that Nabal was a wayward man. This told us that when people were away from God, they became more and more wicked without peace. In the face of more and more psychological problems and suicide in society, Rev. Lin also reminded believers that only by knowing God can people face themselves and that humility was the only way to bow down and know God.
In addition to the personal encounter with God, it was very important to introduce God to the family. Whether it be a conjugal relationship, parent-child relationship, sibling relationship, mother-in-law or daughter-in-law relationship, many family relationships were broken because people didn't have a good relationship with God. Compared to Nabal, Nabal's wife Abigail was a true God-fearing person by the way she dealt with affairs. Lin pointed out that the fear of God led to gratitude and wisdom in dealing with personal relationships.
One should worship God before loving other people, the pastor stressed. Lin reminded us that after receiving peace, people and the things around them would be in harmony, in addition to the reconciliation between people and God and harmony between people. "A God-fearing person will obey the rules of the road and will do his best to work, so things around he will be in harmony." The pastor said, "It is not the outside that decides the inside, but the other way around."
After the sermon, Rev. Huang of the Pinghu Church invited seekers who decided to be baptized to come to the stage, as well as those who are descendants of Christians but lost their enthusiasm, to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Coming to the stage, nearly 30 people made the sinner's prayer led by Rev. Huang to be true followers of God.

每月第四个主日第二场，深圳龙岗平湖堂会举行福音布道会，邀请信徒把还未信主的亲人朋友带到教堂，藉此让他们认识福音。2022年5月29日的福音布道会上，平湖堂邀请广东省基督教两会秘书长兼总干事林恩灵牧师，以《平安的福音》为主题进行分享。
“大家有平安吗？你的平安是什么？”证道环节，林牧师首先询问在场会众，引导大家思考“平安的福音”这一主题。他围绕撒上25章5到6节中大卫的仆人对迦勒族拿八的问候和约翰福音14章27节中耶稣对门徒的应许展开，从“神人和好身心康泰”“家庭和睦美满幸福”“社会和谐凡事兴盛”三个方面说明“平安的福音”带给我们什么。
拿八是迦勒族的后裔，迦勒族本是满有信心的家族，但圣经告诉拿八却是刚愎自用的人，这告诉我们，人远离了神，就会以人为中心，变得越来越凶恶，没有平安。面对现在社会上愈来愈多的心理问题和自杀现象，林牧师也提醒大家，人唯有认识神，才能正视自己。而唯有谦卑，才能俯伏下来，才能认识神。
除了个人要认识神之外，最重要的是一家都要认识上帝。夫妻关系，亲子关系，手足关系，婆媳关系……现在很多家庭关系遭到破坏，是因为没有跟上帝建立好关系。与拿八相比，拿八的妻子亚比该的处事方式可以看出她是真正敬畏神的人。牧师指出，懂得敬畏神，就懂得感恩，也会有智慧地处理人际关系。
先敬神后爱人，这是有顺序的。牧者提醒，得到平安的福音，除了“人神和好，人人和睦”之外，人事物也会和谐，“一个敬畏神的人，会遵守交通规则，工作也会尽职尽力，围绕你的事和物也会变得和谐。”他指出，“不是外面决定里面，而是里面决定外面”。
证道结束后，在音乐声中，平湖堂黄牧师邀请有感动决志信主的R走上台，同时也邀请那些是基督徒的后代、但是丢失了热心的人上台，迎接耶稣基督进入生命当中。在呼召中，有近30位弟兄姐妹走上台前，黄牧师带领他们献上祷告，立志做一名真正跟随主的人。
