Holy Trinity Church in Shanghai held its first gathering for believers baptized in the church on November 17, reported the hosting church. The gathering was to share their faith journeys, strengthen their spiritual lives, and foster connections among them.

Since August of last year, the church has conducted two catechism classes, leading 87 individuals to accept Jesus and receive baptism, becoming members of the church family.

During the fellowship meeting, attendees engaged in warm-up games to foster initial connections. In the opening remark, Gu Mengfei, head of the church management committee, referred to the participating believers as the "first fruits" of Holy Trinity Church, revitalizing this century-old church.

Subsequently, 25 participants shared their faith testimony. Some recounted their journey to faith, others explained their reasons for attending worship at the church, and several shared personal experiences from their family, daily life, and work.
