German worship service has resumed at a church in Shanghai.
According to Shanghai Municipal CC&TSPM, on October 29, the Church of All Saints held a special German worship service, marking the first restored foreign-language service in the Huangpu District.
Before the service, the Huangpu District Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau and the Huangpu District CC&TSPM initiated a symposium at the church. The bureau granted the "Response Letter Approving the Resumption of German Worship Service" to the representative of the municipal CC&TSPM. Subsequently, Rev. Guo Feng, deputy secretary-general of Shanghai CC&TSPM, issued the “Notice on Collective Religious Activities for Foreigners in Shanghai” to the convener, Ms. Liu Bi’na.
During the meeting, Rev. Jiang Xili, director of Huangpu District CC&TSPM, presented creative cultural and promotional materials related to the sinicization of Christianity to convener Ms. Liu. Additionally, Rev. Wang Cuifang, head of the All Saints Church, extended a welcome to the German team.
Built with donations from missionaries of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America and Chinese pastors, as well as local believers, the Church of All Saints was completed on Christmas in 1925, with a dedication service held. The architectural style of the church is Romanesque, with an area of 1326 square meters (0.328 acres) and a building area of 886 square meters (0.219 acres). The main hall of the church can accommodate about 500 believers, and the annex can hold approximately 1,000 people.

据上海市基督教两会,诸圣堂于10月29日举行德语专场礼拜,是黄浦区内第一个恢复的涉外礼拜。
活动开始前,黄浦区民宗办和黄浦区基督教两会在该教堂举行座谈会。黄浦区民宗办向市基督教两会代表颁发“同意德语专场礼拜恢复活动的答复函”。之后,上海市基督教两会副秘书长郭峰牧师德语专场礼拜召集人刘碧娜颁发上海市外国人集体宗教活动告知书。
会上,黄浦区基督教两会主任姜茜莉牧师向德语专场礼拜召集人赠送基督教中国化的文创宣传品。诸圣堂负责人王翠芳牧师对德方表示了欢迎。
由美国圣公会教士和中国牧师募集信徒捐款,于1925年圣诞节落成,举行感恩礼拜。该教堂建筑风格为罗马式。其占地面积为1326平方米,建筑面积为886平方米。诸圣堂大堂可容纳500人左右,附堂可容纳1000人左右。
