To accelerate the church's growth in quality, the first volunteer minister training course in 2024 was launched in Lianyungang, Jiangsu.

Lianyungang Municipal CC&TSPM held this training course from March 18 to April 18 at Guannan County Central Church, said the CCC&TSPM.

Four pastors and teachers from Jiangsu Theological Seminary taught classes on homiletics, the Pentateuch, the New Testament overview, and pastoral epistles. Jiangsu Provincial CC&TSPM gifted each participant ten textbooks and reference books. Three staff workers from the municipal CC&TSPM taught one course titled "Following Jesus to Be a Good Shepherd," the life of Jesus, and the Book of Esther.
