In order to cultivate and train more young pastoral talents, a preaching exchange meeting was held at a church in Shanxi.
Linfen CC&TSPM held a sermon on “Life, Health, and Expectation” at Yaodu District Church on August 16th, with more than 60 participants, including speakers and representatives of pastoral staff from CC&TSPMs of the city and district , according to Linfen CC&TSPM.
Guo Yan, vice minister of the Linfen Municipal United Front Work Department (Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs), pointed out that the city CC&TSPM had held eight consecutive seminars and sermon communication meetings on the sinicization of Christianity, which has made some achievements in practice. He added that how to construct a sinicized theological thought system was an important issue at present. Twelve speakers selected from many counties, cities, and districts preached from diverse perspectives, such as life, health, and expectation based on Bible verses, which had strong theological thoughts and practical significance, and gave in-depth thoughts on life and society. And finally, the meeting selected one first prize, two second prizes, and nine excellence awards.
Rev. Huang Hailin, director of Linfen TSPM, summarized and commented on the strengths and weaknesses of the speakers, as well as the content of the sermon, making arrangements for the next step of the city’s missionary work.

据临汾市基督教两会，8月16日，临汾市基督教两会在尧都区教堂举办“生命·健康·盼望”讲道交流会。市、区基督教两会班子成员，讲员、教牧人员代表共60多人参加了此次活动。
市委统战部（民宗局）郭琰副部长在讲话中指出，市基督教“两会”连续举办了八届基督教中国化研讨及讲道交流会。tamen在基督教中国化实践方面取得了一定成绩，如何构建中国化的神学思想体系是当前的重要课题。
12位各县、市、区选拔上来的讲员，分别以《圣经》经文为根据，从“生命·健康·盼望”等多角度进行了宣讲。有较强的神学思想和现实意义，对人生、社会有深入的思考。最后评选产生了一等奖一名，二等奖两名，优秀奖九名。
市基督教“三自”主任黄海林牧师进行了总结评讲，对讲员及宣讲内容的优点和不足提出了建议，对下一步全市宣讲团工作作出了安排。
