A district CC&TSPM in Fujian was established with its first representative meeting held.

On July 27, the representative meeting of Mawei District Christian Council (CC) &Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM) of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, along with the unveiling ceremony were held, according to Fujian CC&TSPM.

At first, the representatives examined and adopted several documents such as “Constitution of Mawei TSPM of Fuzhou”, “Constitution of Mawei CC of Fuzhou”, “Resolution of the First Representative Meeting of Mawei CC&TSPM”, following the preparatory work report of this meeting.

Then, the committee members and the members of the Board of supervisors of Mawei CC&TSPM were elected, which meant Mawei CC&TSPM had become a bridge of communication between Mawei District Party committee and the district government and believers.

The district and the city ethnic and religious affairs Committees and united front work departments, and Christian leaders held the opening ceremony for Mawei CC&TSPM.
