The "2021 Admissions Guide for the Hangzhou Christian Training Center" was released by Hangzhou Christian Sicheng Church in Zhejiang on 25 February.
The center was said to open a full-time, on-the-job staff worker class and the date of registration started that day until 31 March.
It announced that they would not accept registrations from the individual. The churches should suggest the participants they participate in and fill in the applications' list. The church leaders to which they belong and the officials of the CC&TSPMS in the area, county, and city should place their views, signatures, and the official seal on the list. Full-time class applicants had to apply a short introduction to the faith of more than 500 words, according to the church.
The center was initially founded in 2003 in the Sicheng Church and later in the Chongyi Church. Now situated in Panshi Church, the center also set up amateur biblical classes for the urban area and neighboring districts, full-time courses for evangelists, and volunteer training for subordinate cities and counties (Jiande, Fuyang, Lin'an county-level cities and Tonglu, Chun'an counties). Besides, they also open electric piano and elder improvement classes. The training funds mainly come from the contributions of the churches in the Hangzhou urban area.

据杭州市基督教会思澄堂发布的《杭州市基督教培训中心2021招生简章》，培训中心开设全日制班和在职同工班，报名时间为即日起至2021年3月31日。
报名需由本人所在服侍堂点推荐并填写报名单，所属教会和区县市基督教两会负责人填写教会、两会意见、签名并加盖公章。该培训中心不接受个人报名。全日制班报名还需提交500字以上的信仰经历简介。
据介绍，杭州市基督教培训中心于2003年成立，校舍最初在思澄堂、后搬入崇一堂，目前在磐石堂。设置培训班包括为市区及邻近的区开办的圣经业余班，为三市两县(建德、富阳、临安3个县级市，桐庐、淳安2个县)开办的义工培训，以及为培养基层传道人的全日制班。此外还有其他各类培训如电钢琴、长老提高班等。培训资金主要源于杭州市区所属各教会的奉献。
