2020年11月9日至14日，杭州临安区基督教两会在福音堂举办第三十期的义工培训班，旨在继续提高教会义工的讲台质量，全面提升临安区教会义工的综合素质和服侍能力及各堂点负责人的灵性素养，有效的抵制异端邪教。

来自临安区三个区片71个堂点的负责人和义工传道约120位参加了此次培训学习。

由于疫情影响，防控仍在特殊时期，本届义工培训为期一个礼拜。

培训学习安排的课程有：基督生平、正教反邪专题、圣灵恩赐与圣灵充满专题、新旧约圣经历史。

培训期间，有学员试讲、义工分享交流环节。

大家在爱的团契中，谦虚受教、努力学习、装备圣经真理，操练灵性生命，共同增长属灵的知识和见识！

通过此次培训，进一步提高了全区义工负责人的综合素质，积极有效地推进教会各项圣工有效的开展，对临安教会的健康发展起到积极的促进作用。

为继续坚持基督教中国化，按三自原则办好临安教会，发挥基督教在社会中的正能量，活出信仰美好的见证而贡献出自己的力量！

A training program was held in Lin’an District, China’s eastern-coastal Zhejiang Province, aimed at enhancing the preaching skills of volunteer pastors. 

About 120 leaders and volunteer pastors from 71 churches participated in the program from November 9 to 14.

The training course themes were the story of Christ, orthodox faith and anti-cults, the gifts of the Holy Spirit and fulfillment with the Spirit, and the history of the Bible.

The program also included trial lectures delivered by students and exchanges between them.
