Since last April, Harbin Bethel Church in Heilongjiang Province launched the program of "Praise God with Tambouring and Dancing" on his official WeChat account.

Every Thursday, three types of videos that have 42 sessions are placed in this area, Rhythm Teaching, Fitness Rhythm, and Praise Dance of Bethel Church's Staff Workers.

In the Rhythm Teaching video, the church's female believers teach the congregation through decomposition dance movements to learn to praise God through physical actions at home.
