There is an ancient city called Jingshan in central Hubei Province. According to records, Christianity came to Jingshan more than 100 years ago.
I got to know Wang Jinxin, the president of Jingshan County CC and senior pastor of Jingshan Central Church, through a communication platform on Christianity. After talking with him, I learned that we are fellow villagers from northeast China.
I have never met him, but I listen to his sermons and devotional articles almost every day, and I recommend them to the co-workers in my church. Through WeChat, I could feel that Pastor Jinxin is a simple and sincere shepherd who faithfully serves the Lord. But what really surprised me is that he is not only a good shepherd, but he has given blood donations for 17 years and is also a master of physical training.
I learned by chance that Pastor Wang has insisted on donating blood since 2003. At present, he has donated a total of 11,800 ml of whole blood. If for the blood component, it would be tens of thousands of milliliters.
What is involved in offering whole blood? Pastor Jinxin explained to me that the blood component refers to only that part of the blood ingredient which is accepted when donating blood. For example, if the red blood cells are only accepted, and then red blood cells would be extracted from the blood of each donor, and other blood would go back to the body of the donors. The blood component which can be donated at one time is 1000 ml, and only once a month. Whole blood means that all the donated blood of the donor would be drawn with a maximum of 400 ml each time, and it can be offered once every six months.
Pastor Jinxin is quite humble about having donated blood for the past 17 years.
Pastor Wang has been swimming in the winter regularly for the past 15 years, no matter how busy he is. He is also a long-distance runner who has participated in international and domestic marathons. Several times he has finished a full marathon in less than four hours.
Pastor Wang once completed the Jingzhou International Marathon in Hubei Province, according to a report by the official website of the Protestant Churches in China, which is operated by the CCC, on November 1, 2017.

十七年献血荣耀主的王金鑫牧师
湖北省中部有一座古城叫京山。据京山县志记载，基督教传入京山已有一百多年历史。
我和京山县基督教协会会长、京山中心堂王金鑫主任牧师认识是在一个主内交流平台上，经过交谈还知道我们是东北老乡呢。
虽未曾谋面，但是我几乎每天都要听金鑫牧师所发的的讲道和灵修文章，而且还推荐给我所在教会的同工们。通过微信平台，我感觉金鑫牧师是一位朴实、真诚服侍主和为信众服务的好牧人。但是我还真的不知道他是一位坚持十七年义务献血的好牧长，而且还是体育锻炼的达人。
一个偶然的机会，我了解到王金鑫牧师从2003年就开始坚持义务献血，而且献的都是全血，目前已累计献全血11800毫升！若是有机会献成分血的话，会达到好几万毫升了。
什么是献全血呢？据金鑫牧师给我科普：成份血是指献血时只要部分成份，比方说只要红血球，就在献血者每次所献血中提取红血球，其他的血液又回输到献血者体内，成份血每次可以献1000毫升，每个月可以献一次；全血是指献血者把所献血液全部抽出来，每次最多400毫升，每半年可献一次全血。
谈到十七年的献血，金鑫牧师很谦卑和低调。他有一些献血。
王金鑫牧师坚持15年冬泳，再忙也不例外。金鑫牧师是长跑的达人，他曾多次参加国际国内的马拉松比赛，并取得四小时以内跑完全程马拉松。
据2017年11月1日全国两会《中国基督教网》的报道，王金鑫牧师曾完成湖北荆州国际马拉松上的全马。
