Guangxi Emmanuel Chapel Cares Local Community Ahead of Mid-Autumn Festival

值此中秋佳节来临之际，广西基督教以马内利礼拜堂举办了一场社区关怀活动，响应国家“中华慈善日”和“宗教慈善周”的号召。

据广西省两会，9月5日，在澳华社区工作人员的协助引领下，教牧同工和义工走访慰问了社区内的20个困难家庭。

教牧同工和义工们带着生活必需品，慰问每一户家庭成员的近况，鼓励他们保持乐观心态。受助家庭纷纷表达了深深的感激。

此次活动参与的教牧人员与志愿者践行了基督教“爱人如己”的教诲，为社区氛围增添温馨。

As the Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, Emmanuel Chapel in Nanning City, Guangxi Province conducted a charity event in the local community, aligning with the national initiatives of “Religious Charity Week” and “Charity Day of China.”

According to Guangxi Provincial CC&TSPM, pastoral staff and volunteers of Emmanuel Chapel visited 20 needy families in the Aohua community, accompanied by the community’s staff.

Bringing daily necessities, the visiting team inquired about each family’s recent situation with hopeful encouragement. The families expressed their heartfelt gratitude.

Participants at this event exemplified the Christian principle of “love your neighbor as yourself,” spreading warmth throughout the community.
