CCC&TSPM convened the fifth plenary session of the Rural and Ethnic Ministry Committee in Yunnan Province.
During the meeting held from August 17 to 18 in Dali City, Rev. Yu Wenliang, the director of the committee, delivered a report to review the work of the past five years, which included building a learning-oriented team, convening work meetings, providing care during the COVID-19 pandemic, and completing research initiatives, reported CCC&TSPM. Simultaneously, he highlighted pertinent issues and challenges while offering suggestions for future endeavors.
Rev. Xu Xiaohong, chairman of TSPM, commended efforts of the committee. He emphasized that moving forward, the committee should pay greater attention to the needs of rural and ethnic minority churches, such as issues related to social security, skill enhancement, and support for impoverished theological students.
During the conference, committee members also visited Dali Ancient City Church and Dali Bible School.

基督教全国两会本届农村和民族事工委员会在云南召开第五次全体会议。
据中国基督教两会,8月17日至18日在大理举行的会议中,专委会主任余文良牧师做报告。 他回顾了过去五年的工作:建设学习型团队、召开工作会议、疫情下的关爱、完成调研计划。同时提出相关问题与挑战,并对今后工作提出建议。
中国基督教三自爱国运动委员会主席徐晓鸿牧师对本专委会各项工作给予肯定。他强调,本专委会今后要更多地关注农村和少数民族教会的需要,如社会保障问题、技能提高问题、贫困神学生补助问题等。
会议期间,与会人员考察了大理古城教堂和大理圣经学校。
