During the Spring Festival, there was a retreat in Hubei for pastoral staff to help them build stronger spiritual life.

The Hubei Provincial CC&TSPM held a spiritual retreat between January 31 and February 3 in Chibi City, attended by all the staff members and some of their family members, said CCC&TSPM.

The chairman of Hubei CC&TSPM, Rev. Zhu Zhiguo, asked people to make contributions to Hubei churches that will be at the start line of 2023. They were urged to keep their faith, fulfill their duties, and forge ahead in unity.

"The retreat renews their bodies, minds, and spirits and helps them build self-confidence and understand each other," added the organization that runs state-approved Protestant churches.
