Guangzhou CC&TSPM held the 2022 retreat for senior pastors, which was attended by more than 20 senior pastors and pastoral backbones of Guangzhou Christian Church from September 21 to 23, 2022.
This retreat was mainly about “Guangzhou Christian Rules and Regulations”, focusing on 18 topics such as the mission, duties, and responsibilities of senior pastors, combined with the related contents such as the responsibility of the clergy, standards for church affairs, administrative management, personnel training, and performance management. Guided by the “Guangzhou Christian Rules and Regulations”, this problem-oriented retreat motivated people there to discuss so as to enhance the awareness and standardized management level of pastors’ compliance, according to the Guangzhou CC&TSPM.
In addition, the retreat also made arrangements for safety drills and the publicity of Christianity in China to deepen the overall requirements for the safety work of each church. Epidemic prevention and control would be carried out in an orderly fashion, and the publicity activity to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the Christian Three-self Patriotic Movement would be organized, according to the Guangzhou CC&TSPM.

2022年9月21日至23日，广州市基督教两会举行2022年主任牧师退修会，广州基督教会各堂主任牧师及教牧骨干逾20人参与。
本次退修会主要围绕《广州市基督教规章制度》内容，就主任牧师的使命、职责、担当等18个议题，结合圣职责任、教务规范、行政管理、人才培养、绩效管理等相关内容。以“制度”为导引，以问题为导向，开展讨论，提升教牧人员遵章办事的意识与规范化管理水平，据广州市基督教两会。
此外，退修会还就安全演练工作和基督教中国化宣讲工作进行部署，深化各堂会安全工作总体要求。做好疫情防控工作，组织开展中国基督教会三自爱国运动发起72周年主题纪念宣讲活动。
