Shanxi Christian Training Center Holds Teaching Seminar on One-Year Program for Church Volunteers

山西省城里教牧班进行一年的圣经课程集训。

8月5日，山西省基督教培训中心教学工作研讨会在桥头街堂举行，约25名教师参加了会议, 太原市基督教两会报道。

会上，王牧师首先介绍了成立教牧班的初衷。教牧班是面向各地教会参与服侍的义工肢体，针对这些肢体并不能够有三年的脱产学习，还希望通过一年的学习给他们的服侍带来显著的帮助。

其次，王牧师介绍了进一步优化课程的方案。为帮助学生建构基本的信仰体系、养成灵修习惯和读书习惯、能够自主学习，并为山西省各地教会培养全面发展的教会急需人才。 

A pastoral class in the capital city of China’s northern Shanxi Province started its one-year Bible course training.

A teaching seminar of Shanxi Christian Training Center was held in Qiaotoujie Church in Taiyuan City on August 5, where around 25 teachers attended the seminar, Taiyuan TSPM said.

At the seminar, Pastor Wang first introduced the original intention of setting up the pastoral class which is made up of believers who volunteer to serve in their churches. It is hoped that one year of study will bring significant benefits to their ministry since those believers are not able to have three years of off-the-job training.

Second, Wang introduced the plan to further optimize the curriculum. It is aiming to help students to build a basic belief system, develop their spiritual habits and reading habits, and make them able to learn independently so that all-around talents badly needed can be developed for churches in Shanxi.
