A Liaoning church held its first Saturday praise meeting after the recent resumption of in-person gatherings.
Last Saturday morning, following the COVID-19 protocols, believers attended the praise activity in China’s north-eastern Fengshou Road Church in Dalian. The first floor of the sanctuary was filled with churchgoers at intervals in accordance with the social distancing requirements.
In the sacred hymn of the choir, Rev. Cui Mingxia stepped up to the altar, sharing a sermon with the title "Praise, Praise". She said that we had two keys of prayer and praise, and the latter would promote the revival of the church
After the sermon, the praise meeting began with the rhythmic dancing of a banner class.
According to Rev. Cui, the Saturday Praise Service has been held for five years since Pentecost in 2015. Officially started in 2016, it has never stopped except for the suspensions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
