A volunteer team of nearly 30 Christians participated in the charity activities of World Blood Donor Day which falls on June 14.

To celebrate the eighteenth World Blood Donor Day, the blood station in Xiamen City held blood donation activities, in which Christian volunteers took part in the publicity work to pay high respect to all unpaid blood donors last Monday, according to Xiamen CC&TSPM.

For a long time, church members have been partaking in yearly blood donation without compensation. Together with the blood station, Xiamen CC&TSPM (Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement) regularly organized these activities, mobilizing the city's believers to participate. As a fresh force for the blood supply, they got affirmation and praise from the blood station.
