Guangxi Church Holds Thanksgiving Service on Mother's Day

2021年5月9日礼拜日，是母亲节。广西壮族自治区合浦县基督礼拜堂在上午的主日聚会中，举行了母亲节专场感恩礼拜。

在圣诗圣乐的赞美声中，李德荣教士以《母亲——哈拿》为题与弟兄姊妹分享。哈拿，是位培养了伟大先知撒母耳的伟大母亲；是位甘愿把爱子奉献给神的伟大女性。李德荣教士勉励弟兄姊妹要效法哈拿以坚定的信心信靠神和敬虔祷告生活的榜样，做符合神心意、蒙神悦纳的母亲。

北海市基督教三自爱国运动委员会主席陈考思长老在感恩赞美会上，特别为所有的母亲祷告祝福，祝愿她们有健康的身体和美好的灵性，成为家庭和众人的祝福。

聚会临近结束的时候，教会把特别的爱送给参加聚会的每位母亲：为她们送上一朵代表着爱、魅力和尊敬之情的康乃馨作为节日礼物.

Hepu Church in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region held a thanksgiving service on Mother’s Day, which fell on Sunday, May 9.

After praise and worship, Pastor Li Derong shared a sermon titled "Mother-Hannah", saying Hannah was a great mother as she nurtured the great prophet Samuel and later willingly dedicated her beloved son to God. Female believers were encouraged to follow the example of Hannah, who trusted God with firm faith and practiced godly prayer and to be acceptable mothers to God.

Later, Elder Chen Kaosi, chairman of the Beihai Municipal CC&TSPM, prayed and blessed all the mothers, wishing them healthy bodies and a keen mind which would be a blessing to their family and others.

At the end of the service, the church gave every mother a carnation as a holiday gift, which represents love, charm and respect.
