On April 30, seven brothers from Urumqi Mingde Church of Xinjiang, led by the community leaders of Heping North Road Community, participated in planting and greening activities organized by the Tianshan District Government.

The brothers came to Hua'ergou, which is southeast of the Hongyanchi Power Plant, according to the WeChat account of "Jianghe".

According to their assigned tasks, they quickly got into their parts: shovelling soil, digging pits, planting seedlings, cultivating the soil and building cofferdams. The brothers and people from all walks of life and ethnic groups in Tianshan District put their hearts into every sapling they planted.

By participating in the event, the Christians were inspired to become more involved in helping improve the country’s environment through planting and forestation.
