On April 24, 2019, Christians from Urumqi Mingde Lu Church of Xinjiang joined in the "United as One Family" initiative launched by a local community.

According to Mingde Church, Rev. Li Qinfeng, Pastor Zhang Letian, Pastor Wang Wenjun, and Brother Zhao Jinxing traveled on foot with other ethnic group representatives. During the trip, they learned the Constitution, sang patriotic songs, and the art group performed choruses and dances.
