More than 140 participants from grassroots churches across Chongqing attended an intensive training program for core believers.

Organized by the Chongqing Christian Council, the training program was held at the Chongqing Christian Training Center from October 21 to November 1, said CCC&TSPM.

Wang Tao, secretary general of Chongqing TSPM, gave a special lecture titled “Study and Implement Guiding Principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.” Dr. Liu Ruomin, a teacher from Nanjing Union Theological Seminary, taught a course on biblical theology and systematic theology, with a speech on the book of Revelation from Rev. Zhang Zhiping, chairperson of Dujiangyan TSPM in Sichuan.

After two weeks of study, participants expressed that gaining a lot, they had a more comprehensive understanding of Christian doctrine, a clearer understanding of the book of Revelation, and insights to aid them in future ministries.
