Gaizhou Church Celebrates Fall Harvest

2021年10月12日，在具有2,400多年历史的古城盖州的盖州市基督教会在永生堂举行了一年一度的秋收感恩节赞美聚会。

盖州教会的弟兄姊妹们早早来到位于大清河畔的教堂，在教堂主堂的圣台前，摆满了象征秋收丰硕成果的水果、庄稼、蔬菜、粮油等，以示神的恩赐丰丰满满。

辽宁省基督教三自爱国运动委员会副主席、营口市基督教三自爱国运动委员会主席侯玉洁牧师参加赞美会，并为主证道。

侯玉洁牧师身着圣服登上圣台，带领会众诵读圣经旧约撒母耳记下9章1节等经文，以《知恩图报》为题，在讲道中强调滴水之恩当涌泉相报。

饮水不忘打井人，要有一颗感恩的心感谢神。

我们更愿意将自己的心、所有的行为、所有的一切，都摆在神面前，做一个知恩图报的人。

要有一颗知足的心，而不发怨言，愿意为主献上一切。

侯玉洁牧师证道结束后，有8位弟兄姊妹接受呼召，在郑金月牧师带领下决志祷告，成为了新人。

盖州教会的同工们精心预备了自己的舞蹈、歌曲、民乐演奏等节目。

在今天的感恩节活动中，首发的是教会平安、喜乐联合诗班的圣乐合唱《感谢神》《天父世界更辉煌》等圣诗；接着，教会的各个班组、团契和26个聚会点的弟兄姊妹，把《我要歌颂、我要赞美》《秋收不忘主恩典》等献上，特别是26个聚会点的三台大合唱，气势宏伟。

A church in China’s northeastern Liaoning Province celebrated the fall harvest with worship and praise.

On October 12, fruit, crops, vegetables, and oil were spread over the floor before the altar in Eternal Life Church.

The staff and congregation performed dances, songs, and folk tunes in the annual Thanksgiving worship and praise meeting. One of the highlights was three choral hymns sung by 26 local meeting points.  

Even a senior female Christian at the age of 90 joined in with the praise part. 

Rev. Hou Yujie, vice-chairman of Liaoning TSPM and chairman of Yingkou TSPM, preached a sermon titled “Full of Gratitude” based on 2 Samuel 9:1. 

Eight people prayed to accept Jesus as their saviour in the subsequent altar call. 

The meeting concluded with “Hallelujah Chorus” and a blessing by Rev. Zheng Jinyue.
