After the Sunday service held by Haixiu Church in Hainan on Sunday, the third session of the "Happiness Group's Gospel Ministry" kicked off.
The "Happiness Group's Gospel Ministry" seeks to evangelize and lead people to the Lord through groups. As an extension of the original Cell Group, a"Happiness Group" is each "Happiness Group" is composed of an anointed leader and a couple of co-workers, plus their BEST (those invited friends who had not yet known the Lord as their Savior).
Members have to look for friends who have not yet believed in the Lord in the first two weeks. The gathering officially begins from the third week. Each session of the "Happiness Group" lasts for 10 weeks. Excluding the first two weeks of preparation, after eight weeks of group meetings and discussions, the catechumens enter the phase of calling, election and baptism, and become believers under the encouragement and testimony of everyone.
Started in July 2019, 14 happiness groups of the church in Haikou were established in the first session. A total of 77 colleagues participated in the evangelism for 87 catechumens, eventually, there were 54 people baptized to become Christians.
In the commission service marking the official launching of the third "Happiness Group's Gospel Ministry", the 29 anointed leaders witnessed the moment together with pastors, elders, and deacons.
At the ceremony, they were invited to the stage, issued with the letter of appointment and red ribbons for them. Each of them took an oath, shouting the slogan "Victory in battle and Seek an inheritance to dwell in". After that, the pastor, elders, and deacons, all dressed-up in attire, raised their hands and prayed for God's blessing. In the end, the ceremony finished with the song "Win the City for the Lord".
After the ceremony, they would return to the church in order to carry out ministry in their local areas.

3月7日，在海口海秀教会主日礼拜之后，举行了“幸福小组启动差遣礼”，海秀教会第三期幸福小组事工正式开始。
现场29位福长与教会牧师、长老、执事们一同见证了这一激动人心的时刻。
活动由朱德悦传道主持，朱传道也是幸福小组事工的带领人。仪式上29位福长被邀上台，由张毅长老亲自为福长们颁发委任状，孙振奕牧师又为福长们挂红丝带，众人一同宣誓并响亮的喊出口号“争战得胜、得地为业”。之后牧师、长老、执事们着圣装共同举手差遣祷告，祈求神的祝福。最后仪式以一首《为主赢得这城市》结束。值得一提的是这次幸福小组的29位福长中有两位是来自三亚南滨教会，在仪式结束后他们将返回教会并在本地开展幸福小组事工。
幸福小组致力于团体布道传福音的工作，是海秀教会的火车头事工。幸福小组每组有一位福长和几位配搭的同工，他们将在第一、二周的时间里寻找慕道友，从第三周开始正式的聚会。幸福小组为期十周，除去前两周的预备周，慕道友们在经历了八周的小组聚会和讨论之后会来到呼召拣选和洗礼的环节，在众人的鼓励和见证下成为一名信徒。
