Yushui Church held its second "Love Reading the Bible" activity to inspire believers' enthusiasm for reading the Bible.

From October 21 to 23, the event was held in the church, located in Xinyu City, China’s southeastern Jiangxi Province, attended by more than 500 people, according to CCC&TSPM.

Similar to the past year, five believers took turns to lead to reading the Bible, and the others read after them simultaneously.

What impressed everyone was the concentration that was shown and how the readers were fully engaged in the process of group reading.

Through this event, the congregation also learned many Chinese characters that they did not know.

Elder Liu Li encouraged everyone to pray for the next "Love Reading the Bible" activity. He hoped that through the activity more believers would have a better spiritual life through reading God's word.
