Guangzhou Zion Church Prepares to Reopen

On June 29, the pastoral staff and brothers and sisters of Zion Church in Guangzhou cleaned and disinfected the church, cleaned the HVAC system, and stored all the materials so that the church could reopen and the health of brothers and sisters protected.

According to a news release on the church's WeChat account "The Heart of Zion," it was unclear when the church would be able to reopen.

More than a week ago, Zion church organized a training and reception exercise in preparation for resuming worship services. Nearly 200 volunteers from the reception department, volunteers from various ministries, and church deacons participated in the drill.

Under the scorching sun and heat, they became familiar with the reception process and clarified job responsibilities according to the reservation plan. In this way, believers will be able to practice social distancing properly and ensure orderly entry and exit from the church building.
