On the afternoon of May 28, the signing ceremony for the construction of Zhuhai Christian Church was held by TSPM & CCC, Zhuhai (The Committee of the Three-Self Patriotic Movement of the Protestant Churches and the Christian Council of Zhuhai), which marked a new start for the construction.
According to the official website of TSPM & CCC, Guangdong, Pastor Fan Hongen has represented CCC, Zhuhai to sign in the construction contract with Shantou Dahao Construction Corporation. He is the chairman of TSPM, Guangdong, chairman of TSPM, Zhuhai, and president of CCC, Zhuhai.
The location is on the north side of Meihua West Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, which is the main node for the Guangzhou-Zhuhai light rail to enter and exit the main urban area.
TSPM & CCC, Zhuhai have started applying for land for building churches in 2000. In May 2014, the land (about 1.22 acre) was approved.
After finishing the project registration, planning permission, land pre-examination and other procedures, on November 7, 2017, "Decision to Grant Administrative Licensing" of rebuilding the church was approved by the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission of Guangdong Province. On November 28, 2019, the foundation-laying ceremony was held. On December 27, 2019, “Municipality for the Permit of Project Construction” was issued by the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai.
According to the design plan, the main functions of the building include:
1. The first floor is a public service room with canteen, kitchen, clinic, toolshed, activity room and equipment room.
2. The upper part of the main entrance is divided into three sections from west to east: the front section is the entrance atrium, daily activity room, office and training room, and the top is the chapel; the middle section is the chapel and its accessory rooms; and the rear section is the supporting room.
3. Underground garage and equipment room.
After completion, it will be able to accommodate nearly 2,000 people at the same time.

据广东省基督教两会官网消息，省基督教三自爱国会主席、珠海市基督教三自爱国会主席、珠海市基督教协会会长樊宏恩牧师代表珠海市基督教两会与汕头市达濠建筑总公司在建筑工程合同上签字.
珠海基督教会位于珠海市香洲区梅花西路北侧，是广珠轻轨进出主城区的主要节点。
市基督教两会自2000年开始建堂用地的申请工作，于2014年5月确定了现在建堂地块（面积约4946平方米）（注意：换算成英亩）。
在完成立项备案、规划许可、土地预审等环节后，于2017年11月7日获得广东省民族宗教事务委员会批复建堂的“准许行政许可决定书”，于2019年11月28日举行了隆重的奠基典礼；2019年12月27日获得珠海市香洲区住房和城乡建设局颁发的“建设工程施工许可证”。
根据设计规划，在建筑功能方面主要包括：1、一楼为公共服务室，设有餐厅、厨房、诊所、工具室、活动室和设备室。2、正门上部由西向东分为三段：前段为入口中庭、教堂日常活动室、办公室培训室，顶部为小教堂；中段为小教堂及其附属房间；后段为宗教配套房间。三、地下车库和设备室。在建成后，将可同时容纳将近2000人进行礼拜活动。
