On Nov 25-27, 2016, CCC&TSPM of Heilongjiang welcomed Peter Bicknell, Chairman of UnitingCare of Uniting Church in Australia, and Pastor Zhang Ji, Asia's director of Uniting Church in Australia. The friends from Uniting Church in Australia visited Heilongjiang Theological Seminary and Harbin Hallelujah Church respectively.

Doctor Lv Dezhi, vice chairman of China Christian Council and chairman of Heilongjiang Provincial Three-self Patriotic Movement Committee, had deep communications and discussions with Peter Bicknell and Pastor Zhang Ji on nursing home care, community nursing service, and home-based care service.
