Zhongnan Theological Seminary held a special meeting to discuss the rotation of five full-time teachers working at the grassroots churches during the summer.

This summer, a total of five male teachers have been arranged to work at the grassroots level, coordinated by Hubei CC&TSPM with designated churches, reported Hubei TSPM. Their main task is to assist the leaders of these designated churches in management and pastoral care for a period of two months. Upon completion of their work, they are required to share their ministry experiences.

During the meeting conducted on July 4, the school stated that "this work will accumulate practical pastoral experience for full-time teachers, who will assist grassroots church pastors in pastoring the congregants. It is an innovative management practice for the faculty and a concrete implementation of strict governance in education."
