Two churches in Guangzhou, Guangdong, released announcements of the incoming collaborative ministries for Lent, which are 40 days' worth of spiritual sharing sessions.

On their official WeChat accounts, the Church of Our Savior and Shifu Church said, "To help believers better engage in spiritual exercises during the Lenten season, Savior Church, Shifu Church, Fangcun Church, Ci’en Church, and Chini Church are collaborating for the second time to launch a joint spiritual practice for the 40 days of Lent 2024 (February 14 to March 30). This includes multilingual scripture reading, pastoral reflections, and spiritual material sharing, aiming to assist believers in beating their bodies and training in godliness."
