Sichuan Dedicates New Church Building

1月4日上午，四川省泸州市合江县新教堂迎来了落成庆典。

据中国基督教两会，献堂感恩庆典由泸州市基督教三自爱国运动委员会秘书长蒋丽牧师主持。云南小水井合唱团、泸州恒爱诗班、合江诗班联合献唱《我们要赞美耶和华》拉开序幕。

四川省基督教两会主席饶建华牧师在讲话中肯定了合江县教堂内部装修融入中华文化元素，基督教中国化主题突出，深得弟兄姊妹喜爱。

庆典活动前还举行了圣职按立典礼。省基督教两会按立小组按立了戴云同工为长老。

On January 4, a church in Hejiang County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, celebrated the completion of its new building.

Rev. Jiang Li, secretary general of the Luzhu Municipal Three-Self Patriotic Movement, presided over the dedication after the opening performance of “Let Us Praise the Lord,” jointly presented by the Yunnan Xiaoshuijing Miao Farmers' Choir, the Luzhou Heng’ai Choir, and the Hejiang Choir.

Rev. Rao Jianhua, chairman of Sichuan Provincial CC&TSPM, expressed his appreciation for the incorporation of Chinese elements with the church’s interior decoration, which highlighted the theme of localization of Christianity and was well-received by the believers.

Before the ceremony, the church hosted an ordination, with Dai Yun, a church co-worker, being ordained as an elder by the provincial CC&TSPM.
