Starting from a small gathering, a church in Fujian held a worship service and ceremony to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
Rev. Huang Liangguang shared a sermon titled “A Church of the Lord” at Quqiao Church in Licheng District, Putian City, on December 2. In the sermon, Rev. Huang first made the point that the Lord Jesus founded the church and paid for people’s sins with his blood. The church, on the other hand, has Christ as its head, its rock, and its foundation. Therefore, the Lord’s church is to share the love of God with the world through testimonies.
Subsequently, Pastor Huang elaborated on the four main themes of “a true church": filled with true love, truth, blessings, and life. He also shared the achievements of Quqiao Church in those four areas.
On behalf of the Putian Charity Association, President Zheng Jincan delivered a congratulatory message. He introduced that Quqiao Church was originally a gathering point affiliated with Putian Church, only in the home of a believer. There was an evening gathering to pray, sing, and witness for God every week. With the development of the church and the increasing number of believers, the pastors of Putian Church had undergone in-depth pastoral care. Purchasing the farm production team cafeteria as a temporary meeting place in 1987, they bought miscellaneous land to build a single-story meeting place of nearly 300 square meters in 1992. Later on, they added floors and built bells to the old church to build today’s three-story chapel in 2006.

福建一个教堂举行建堂30周年礼拜和典礼，最初信徒是在家庭和生产队食堂聚会。
12月2日，在莆田市荔城区渠桥教堂，黄良光牧师以《一间主的教会》为题进行了证道。
证道中，黄牧师首先向大家指出，教会是主耶稣牺牲自己的生命所建立，是祂用自己的血将我们买来。而教会则是以基督为元首、为磐石、为根基。因此主的教会要借助福传见证分享神爱世人的信息。
随后，黄牧师围绕“有生命的教会”“有真爱的教会”“有真理的教会”“有祝福的教会”四大主题分别进行了阐释，并以此向大家分享了渠桥堂在上述四大教会要素中的践行出的荣美作为。
郑金灿会长代表莆田市慈爱协会致贺词。他介绍，渠桥堂原属莆田堂的一个聚会点，只在信徒住家之中，每个礼拜有一个晚上聚会祷告，唱诗见证。随着教会的发展和信徒的增加，莆田堂的牧者进行了深化的牧养和细致的栽培。1987年购买了原生产队食堂，设为临时聚会场所；于1992年购买杂地建造了近300平方米的单层会所；后来对旧堂进行了加层和建造了钟，2006年就兴工建造了今天这个三层的礼拜厅。
