Jiangxi Provincial CC&TSPM conducted a training workshop for the 2023 yearly assessment of pastors' credentials to enhance pastoral staff competence in team building and promote standardized management in the province.

According to Jiangxi CC&TSPM, more than 50 pastors across the province participated in the training held in Nanchang City from September 14 to 15.

On the second day of the course, Rev. Wu Wei, president of the China Christian Council (CCC), delivered a themed address combining life and social experience with insights from the study and integrating the dimensions of history, politics, society, and culture. His speech included five aspects: the construction of theological thought and its sinicization; related concepts of sinicization of Christianity; historical attempts to sinicize Christianity; the meaning of sinicization of Christianity as well as its form, content, and significance.

At the end of the workshop, Rev. Li Yungen, chairman of Jiangxi TSPM, awarded new pastoral staff credentials to qualified pastoral workers in the annual inspection.
