Fujian Church Celebrates 150th Anniversary

东南沿海的福建省的一个教堂举行设教150周年暨建堂143周年的庆典活动.

10月5日上午，在福建省平潭苏澳玉屿救主堂举办的礼拜中，平潭基督教协会会长杨生牧师根据新约圣经以弗所书5:14、帖撒罗尼迦前书5:6以及罗马书13:11等这些经文，以《睡着的人当醒过来》为题证道，据福建省基督教两会。

杨牧说到他在牧会中了解到当下信徒的属灵状况，可以以“沉睡”来表示灵性的危险状况。从前的热心现在变成了不冷也不热。他提醒大家要警醒提防各样危险的来临，不容许信徒的灵命再继续沉睡下去。

 玉屿救主堂魏刚惠主任牧师在庆典大会中直接用视屏图文并茂地介绍了玉屿救主堂”的历程和创建经过。

 本次庆典活动还举办载歌载舞的赞美活动。

A church in China’s southeastern coastal Fujian Province celebrates its 150th anniversary of preaching and the 143rd anniversary of its building.

On the morning of October 5, a service was held at the Savior Church in Yuyu Village, Su’ao Town, Pingtan, Fuzhou. During the service, Rev. Yang Sheng, president of the Pingtan CC&TSPM, gave a sermon titled "Awake Those Who Fall Asleep", based on the verses Ephesians 5:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:6, and Romans 13:11, reported the Fujian Provincial CC & TSPM.

Rev. Yang said that he learned about the current spiritual condition of believers in his pastoral ministry. He could use "sleep" to represent the spiritual danger of them, once zealous but now lukewarm. He reminded the congregation to be vigilant against the coming of various dangers, and not allow the spiritual life of believers to remain dormant.
