A Guangxi Church hosted a celebration for Christmas on the second Sunday of Advent.
On December 5, among the four services in Mandarin and Cantonese in Beihai Church, a celebration to mark Christmas was held in the third worship service. Thirteen different performances were given, including hymns, dances, cheongsam shows, Nativity plays, and waist drum dances, with four seekers who prayed to accept Jesus as their savior.
A pastor of the church said the celebration during the next Sunday would be led by the Cantonese choir and David Choir and that the performances on the fourth Sunday of Advent would be mainly given by Isaac choir.
As Christmas celebrations are conducted across four Sundays in December, the church desires each member to join performances to give thanks to God.
