Changchun Church Holds Communion Service During Advent

吉林省长春市海口路基督教会于2021年12月5日，举行了圣餐礼拜。

20212年12月5日主日，海口路教会服侍同工们就早早的来到教堂，按照防疫要求，在门口扫码、验码、登记、测温，检查佩戴口罩，有序的、按照间隔服侍信徒进入教堂。上午诗班献诗《我相信—山岗名叫各各他》之后，闫鹏牧师开始证道。

闫牧师分享的证道主题为《让那日对今日说话》。首先他与会众一起诵读了经文《玛拉基书》1章1—8节，“我曾爱你们。”你们却说：“你在何事上爱我们呢？”神在这里的第一句话就是说“我曾爱你们。”闫牧师 说，是的，没有什么比否定神的爱更能使神伤心难过了。神将他的爱子都为我们舍了，还怎能说他不爱我们吗？虽然神的百姓在586年被掳巴比伦，但却没有消亡，以东却已经不存在了，是已经消失的民族。在不信的人看来，以色列和以东是一样的，都落在苦难中，但我们从属灵的历史来看，这是完全不同的，一个消失了，一个还在。神对以色列民的管教是他爱的延续。

证道过后，闫牧师为饼为杯祝圣，已经受洗的弟兄姊妹们，领受了主的身体和主的宝血。

海口路教会的圣餐礼拜在闫鹏牧师的祝福下圆满结束。

A Jilin church conducted a communion service on December 5, the second Sunday in Advent.

In the morning, the staff of Haikou Road Church in Changchun emerged in the church early to help with maintaining the COVID-19 restrictions and measures, including checking the health codes, measuring the believers’ temperature, registering their information, and ensuring that all attendees were wearing masks, according to the church. 

After the choir performed the hymn "I Believe in a Hill Called Mount Calvary", Senior Pastor Yan Peng preached a sermon, citing Malachi 1:1-8. He said as God gave up his beloved Son for us, we couldn’t deny His love. After being taken captive to Babylon in 586, Jews did not perish, which showed God's love and discipline, the pastor added.

After Yan consecrated the bread and cup, Christians received them.

The communion service concluded with a blessing from the pastor.
