Fujian Church Launches Book Donation Activity

9月2日，据福建省泉州市泉南基督教堂公众号消息，该堂计划将组织开展“红书袋”图书认捐爱心公益活动，以帮助当地小学建立图书室。

据介绍，泉州市新村小学于2020年11月通过福建省“义务教育管理标准化学校”验收，软件及教学成绩得到验收组高度肯定，但校园图书馆的藏书量目前无法达到验收要求。出于该原因，该小学特向泉南教堂提出申请，希望能够予以支持。接到学校求助申请后，泉南教会响应，计划开展“红书袋”图书认捐活动，以帮助孩子们实现有书读的梦想。此次爱心活动将以书袋捐赠形式开展，每个“红书袋”为100元，认捐袋数不限。

According to the WeChat Official Account of the Quannan Christian Church in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province on September 2, the church planned to organize the "Red Book Bag" book donation charity activity to help the local elementary school to establish a qualified library.

It was reported that the Quanzhou Xincun Primary School had passed the acceptance of the "Standardized School of Compulsory Education Management" in Fujian Province in November 2020. While its software and teaching achievements were affirmed by the acceptance team, the collection of books in its library could meet the acceptance requirements. For this reason, the elementary school applied to the Quannan Church for support.

After receiving the school's request for help, the church responded by planning a "Red Book Bag" book donation campaign to help the children fulfill their dream of having books to read.

The campaign will be carried out in the form of bookbag donations, with each "bag" costing 100 RMB, and no limit to the number of bags donated.
