Shanxi Church Donates Goods to Flood-hit Henan

连日来，河南省多地遭遇罕见特大暴雨，造成严重洪涝灾害，除省会郑州外，全省还有多个中小城市受灾严重。灾情紧紧牵动着全国各地弟兄姊妹的的心。近日，山西省平陆县基督教会联合当地慈善公益协会向河南灾区捐赠救灾物资，以协助解决受灾群众燃眉之急。

晋豫同舟，守望相助。据平陆教会同工介绍，此次赈灾奉献中，平陆教会共为灾区奉献了总价值6680元的急需物资，其中包括纯牛奶50箱、矿泉水50件、方便面50箱、酥饼50箱、夏凉被100套、多功能喊话器6个 。

多年来，平陆县教会本着“作光作盐，荣神益人”的圣经教导，热心公益慈善事业，2020年疫情期间，平陆县教会还曾向武汉灾区捐赠20万元，获得了社会各界的一致好评。

Recently, a church in China’s northern Shanxi Province donated goods to support disaster relief operations in flood-struck Henan.

According to a staff worker of Pinglu County Church, the donated critically needed supplies were worth 6,680 yuan, including milk, mineral water, instant noodles, cakes, pastries, summer quilts, and multi-function loudspeakers.

Based on the biblical teaching of “being light and salt to glorify God and edify people”, the church donated 200,000 yuan to the coronavirus-hit Wuhan in 2000.
